We continue to expand our capabilities with the recent addition of CNC Cylindrical ID and OD Grinding capabilities. Manufacturing is complemented with redundant piece part inspection. In-process gauging and final inspection are all controlled thru well structured methods such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).

24”x36” inspection granite surface plates are stationed at every machine. In addition to final inspection, this allows for complex and detailed in-process inspection.

We have 3 Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs); 2 identical Mitutoyo CMMs provide redundancy and a Zeiss contour tracing machine with accuracies of .00001. The Zeiss will digitize your most complex profiles and create a visual representation on screen.

Correct Tool's central location in Bensenville, IL, a border suburb of Chicago, offers close access to O'Hare and surrounding hotels.
